Desired qualifications: BS +4 years related work experience.

. Sets up administrator and service accounts and Provide technical assistance and support for incoming calls and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware.

. Meets key performance indicators for infrastructure, user experience applications, storage, servers, and network components related to VDI, escalating outcomes appropriately.

. Works on automating system procedures and processes to evolve the technology in the organization.

. Works in ticketing system to solve escalated issues.

. Diagnoses and troubleshoots problems with PCs, software, communications devices within established procedures, responds to End User requests for technical support and assistance.

. Contributes to knowledge base for troubleshooting and maintaining the environment.

. Providing operational support for Active Directory and related network support equipment to ensure changes and maintenance did not interrupt service to the customer.

. Utilizes standard corporate tools to record change and problem activities for tracking purposes.

MUST HAVE Skills:

. Comprehensive experience with Windows 10/Server 2008/2012 R2 installation and troubleshooting Skills.

. Comprehensive experience using VMware vSphere v6.0 (VCP5-DCV) or better and Dell-EMC VNX storage.

. Demonstrated ability to communicate to nontechnical audience on technical issues.

NICE TO HAVE Skills:

. Active directory administration to include being able to create/manage Group Policy objects, security groups and User/Computer objects.

. Experience using a helpdesk system like Remedy

. VMware Horizon View

Clearance Requirement: Must have Secret to Start Work

Required Baseline Certs: IAT Level II (Security+ CE or SSCP or CCNA-Security or CSA+ or GICSP or GSEC)

Required Training: MCRS: MCITP-SA: Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2012, MCP/MCSA: Windows 10 (70-697). (Can be obtained on the job)
