Communication Analyst - Global Business Travel Tax Program
The Global
Business Travel Tax Program (BT Program) is a global initiative led by the HR
team that enhances the firm s tax reporting and withholding for employees who
travel on behalf of the firm while ensuring a seamless employee experience.
We are
currently looking for a highly motivated, passionate and enthusiast analyst
that can help driving the program communication strategy. This role will report
to the U. S. Domestic Change Management Lead for the BT Program and will support
the continued U. S. domestic implementation and assist with other required
program functions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist with
    development of employee communication, training and presentation materials
  • Distribute
    employee communications in a timely and precise manner
  • Manage the
    development, distribution and analysis of surveys to the program participants
  • Manage events:
    coordinate event logistics to ensure flawless execution (e. g. scheduling,
    invitations, audio and video set up, vendor instructions)
  • Participate in
    testing of IT system upgrades and share employee impact with Change Management
    and the dedicated employee support team
  • Design and implement all process improvements
    and new support needed for a smoother employee experience
  • Ongoing support to the dedicated employee support
    team in relation to the BT Program (e. g. training the team, updating or
    developing scripts, suggesting system changes)
  • Assist in U. S. domestic program launch
    activities as new employees join the program
  • Bachelor s degree
  • Passionate about communications (one-to-three
    years experience in a communications or change management role preferred
    though not necessary)
  • Excellent written
    and verbal communication skills to successfully communicate with all levels of
    management and to communicate complex topics effectively.
  • Ability to
    multitask and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Able to
    thrive when no two days are alike
  • Drive for customer service and employee
    experience (prior call center background a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and vendor relationship management
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • A sense of urgency to deliver quality results while
    working collaboratively
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, resourceful, persistent and
  • Proficient in MS Office, with strong PowerPoint skills
    necessary to create impactful and interesting presentations. Expert user of
    SharePoint and Internet based applications.
