Seeking an experienced Data Analyst/Scientist to drive our analytics function's growth.

Your responsibilities include:
1. Data Analysis: Dive deep into extensive data sets for valuable insights.
2. Data Quality Assurance: Validate data, ensuring integrity.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business requirements into tech specs.
4. Data Preparation: Create high-performance data sets for reporting and analytics.
5. Dashboard Development: Craft Tableau dashboards for informed decisions.
6. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of enhancement.
7. Project Ownership: Lead analytics projects following Agile practices.
8. Mentorship: Guide junior team members to enhance skills.
9. Data Advocacy: Foster data literacy for data-driven decisions.

Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years as a Data Analyst/Scientist.
* Proficient in Python and SQL.
* Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
* Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
